Sage with Katie cooking classes are an opportunity for you to get in touch with and build your inner ‘cooks’ intuition’. I believe that cooking is a skill, and ANYONE can learn to cook.

My classes are accessible to anyone: From those who wish to create meals from simple and quick recipes, to those who regularly host dinner parties in their own homes.

As a part of your Sage with Katie cooking class experience, you will hear some of my tips and tricks that I’ve developed from working in some of Sydney’s best restaurants. You’ll also be given a recipe booklet, along with a seasonality guide of NSW produce.
