SAGE WITH KATIE
Hello!
My name is Katie Ridgway, I am the director of Sage with Katie.
I am a professional chef by trade and a professional eater by nature. After working in my favourite restaurants across Sydney for the last 7 years, I have decided to pour all my experience, knowledge, and love for the industry into my own business.
After graduating culinary school at William Blue, I began my food journey at The Grounds of Alexandria, I then opened
Chin Chin Sydney in 2017, discovered my love for seasonal Australian produce at Freds Paddington. and then rolled, tossed and ate endless amounts of pasta at 10 William St.
My style of cooking is an accumulation of all these iconic Sydney culinary institutions.
I only cook with the best available seasonal produce and believe that simplicity is key to make this produce shine.
